Sponsor Ad Submission Guidelines

Minimum Resolution Requirements

• Accepted formats are: .png .jpg (others upon request).
• PDF’s are not accepted by the website software.
• These are minimum resolutions, anything bigger will be accepted.
• Please maintain the aspect ratio.
• Your image should be ok as long as it is generally within these aspect ratios.
• If your ad image is too far outside of the aspect ratio, it may not appear as expected.
• Your image may be formatted to fit this site.
• Please submit the address for your website, facebook or other to which you wish your ad to link.

File size limitations of email.

• Maximum size to upload to the web server is 64MB.
• Your images will probably be no where near this large.
• Just in case, there is some information below if you have any troubles.
• Known email attachment size limits:
          – Gmail Web App 25MB, Outlook Web App 34MB, Outlook 2016 20MB
